Job summary

Brothers Sports Bar & Grille is seeking team players for part-time night shifts with flexible scheduling and a $20/hour wage. Breaks are included and holidays off (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independence Day) are provided. Experience in a kitchen is preferred; pizza shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures.
• Set up and breakdown of station per shift.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness.
• Prepare food and present to required standard.
• Follow directions and work well with the team.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!
