Aaron Freitag Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Starter to help generate new business opportunities by connecting with prospective customers and supporting our licensed sales team. No prior sales or insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

The role offers 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to advance into licensed positions. You will make outbound calls, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM notes

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Contact internet leads and follow up promptly.
• Identify qualified prospects and transfer to licensed team members.
• Schedule appointments and send calendar invites.
• Communicate with prospects by phone and text messages.
• Update CRM with accurate notes and follow-ups.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and enthusiasm.
