Job summary

Kaitlinponce in Atlanta, GA is seeking a part-time, in-office Insurance Sales Associate to grow client relationships and promote State Farm products. You will work closely with agency staff to deliver prompt service, collect licensing requirements, and support the agent in meeting sales goals.

The role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, travel promotion opportunities, and clear advancement paths within the office. Previous sales experience is helpful, and licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
• Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
