Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join its team. The role focuses on driving insurance sales through effective client engagement, with a strong emphasis on customer service and ongoing training to develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, tailoring policies to individual needs, and supporting marketing efforts while building a growing client portfolio. A license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Formación

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and regulations.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
• Must be a superb communicator able to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsabilidades

• Update reports and records to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to individual needs.
• Stay updated on changes to rules or policies affecting clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while maintaining current clients' portfolios.
• Conduct meetings with clients to present suitable insurance policies.
