Aaron Freitag Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Starter to help generate new business opportunities by connecting with prospective customers and supporting our licensed sales team. No prior sales or insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

The role offers 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to advance into licensed positions. You will make outbound calls, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM notes

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who wants to gain valuable sales experience with the potential to grow into a Licensed Insurance Producer.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Contact internet leads and follow up promptly.
• Identify qualified prospects and transfer warm opportunities to licensed team members.
• Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations.
• Communicate with prospects through phone calls and text messages.
• Update customer information in our CRM.
• Complete data entry and follow-up activities.

Daily Success Metrics

• Make 82+ outbound calls each day.
• Complete 3 qualified live transfers to licensed team members.
• Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up records.
