Responsibilities include soliciting new business by phone, processing policy changes, generating quotes, and developing financial services opportunities while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Property & Casualty license or personal lines license is required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Develop new financial services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Cross- and up-sell opportunities including financial products.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
