D1 Training Jollyville is seeking a high-energy, social-media-savvy team member to grow our community both online and in person. You will make 175+ outbound calls daily, turn leads into appointments and memberships, and build genuine relationships with prospective athletes and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to leads with emphasis on speed to contact.
• Follow up and convert leads into appointments and memberships.
• Build relationships with prospective athletes and families.
• Identify client goals and recommend the right D1 program.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Keep lead notes and follow-ups organized and up to date.
• Create engaging content featuring athletes, coaches, workouts, and community.
• Stay updated on social media trends and viral content.
• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Respond to comments and DMs and convert online engagement to conversations.
• Represent D1 at local events and grow community presence.

We're looking for someone who loves fitness, loves people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows what's trending on social media before everyone else does.

What You'll Do

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to leads with an emphasis on speed-to-contact
• Follow up consistently and turn leads into appointments and memberships
• Build genuine relationships with prospective athletes and families
• Identify client goals and confidently recommend the right D1 program
• Overcome objections and close the sale
• Keep lead notes and follow-ups organized and up to date
• Create engaging content featuring our athletes, coaches, workouts, and community
• Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content
• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Respond to comments and DMs and turn online engagement into real conversations
• Represent D1 at local events and help grow our presence in the community
