Job summary

D1 Training Jollyville is seeking a high-energy, social-media-savvy team member to help grow our community online and in person, with a strong focus on fast contact and closing sales. You’ll thrive on fitness culture, love talking to people, and stay ahead of social media trends.

You will make 175+ outbound calls daily, build relationships with athletes and families, create engaging content, manage social channels, and represent D1 at local events to expand our presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling and sales.
• Comfortable with social media trends and content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with families and athletes.
• Passion for fitness and team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to leads with speed-to-contact.
• Follow up, convert leads to appointments and memberships.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective athletes and families.
• Create engaging content featuring athletes and the community.
• Manage and grow social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Represent D1 at local events and drive community presence.
