Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in California who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to help design spaces that fit their lifestyle.

You’ll own the customer journey from greeting to sale and build lasting relationships. Ideal candidates are 18+, have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, and are available for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate integrity handling financial transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
