Job summary

Lovesac in California is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver outstanding service, and help clients design products that fit their space.

You will greet shoppers, actively sell, demonstrate products, and close sales while maintaining store standards, processing transactions, and supporting daily operations. Weekend and evening availability is required to capitalize on demand.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
