Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Pasadena to engage customers, present product solutions, and close sales on the shop floor. You will deliver a memorable customer experience, teach product benefits, and drive brand advocacy across the store.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with retail or customer service background, and available for weekends, holidays, and evenings. You will work with a supportive team, using Lovesac systems to manage transactions and inquiries.

Competenze

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to travel to local stores or meetings as required.
• Ability to move furniture items up to 75 pounds and assemble on the selling floor.
