Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Broomfield, CO for a part‑time, on‑site role. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales.

You will build relationships, manage a personal quote pipeline, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding Lovesac brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, third‑party vendors and for occasional meetings as required.
• Demonstrate excellent judgement, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, customer data, privacy, and safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours; lift/move furniture up to 75 pounds; assemble furniture on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy; embrace change and new opportunities.
• Own the customer journey end‑to‑end, using curiosity to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience, delivering brand tours, education, and confident closings.
• Take ownership of performance with disciplined execution to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
