Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver outstanding service, and help design spaces with our modular and iconic Sacs and Sactionals. You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, representing the Lovesac brand with integrity and delivering meaningful education about products.

Ideal candidates are energetic, approachable, and ready to contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture while achieving sales goals and supporting store operations

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, and promotions while upholding brand standards.
• Protect the business and ensure safety and customer-first approach.
• Take on additional priorities and special projects to grow the store and brand.
