Job summary

The Michaels Companies Canton store is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, drive sales KPIs, and champion a high-performing selling culture. You will coach team members, uphold SOPs and brand standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across events and programs.

Responsibilities include managing POS operations, driving loyalty enrollments, and supporting omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Familiarity with SOPs, policies, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Oversee POS and checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, and loyalty programs.
• Support scheduling, training, and MOD coverage to ensure continuous operations.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing where applicable).
