The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member at our EL PASO-WEST, TX location. You will assist customers, stock, operate checkout lanes, and help maintain a well-merchandised store to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, facilitating fast checkouts, and promoting rewards programs and credit options. This role requires flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
