LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Sales Lead who will support and role model excellent customer experiences, including weekends and evenings. You’ll work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll guide and onboard an engaged team, maintain visual standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. This role emphasizes coaching, initiative, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Formación

• Six months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Comfortable communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates initiative and thoughtful decision-making.
• Can organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
