Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1396-Thruway Shopping Center in Winston Salem, NC to model personalized customer experiences and coach associates. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role requires at least 6 months of retail sales experience (management experience preferred) and flexible availability—including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be available a minimum of 29 hours including weekends.
• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Comfort with using a POS system and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver personalized customer experiences to guests.
• Coach and support store associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Partner with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and coverage; step in as manager when needed.
• Assist with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold brand visuals and operational standards while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support omnichannel shopping and use tools to stay aligned with company priorities.
