• Supervise the sales floor and set expectations for the team.
• Act as the leader on duty when Store Manager is not present to ensure results and customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Lead store standards reflecting POP MART’s brand and values.
• Be a subject matter expert on POP MART characters, products, and company history.
• Support in-store marketing events and openings.
• Assist RoboShop operations when needed and coordinate with partners.
• Drive sales KPIs like conversion, items per transaction, and average sale.
