Job summary

LOFT in Moosic, PA is seeking a Sales Lead who will model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding a team of associates.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Preferred candidates have retail sales experience and management experience, with comfort using a POS and coaching colleagues; scheduling flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships and support the team.
• Leverage technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and enable omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
