Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1562-Shoppes at Montage in Moosic, PA. You will model exceptional customer experiences and guide team members to deliver personalized service across all touchpoints.

As a Sales Lead, you collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store operations, coach associates, and step in as acting manager when needed. Flexibility (evenings/weekends/holidays) is required to support our busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain store operations and be ready to step in as manager.
• Model and coach best-practice customer service behaviors across the team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to drive performance and engagement.
• Maintain brand standards and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
