Fabletics in Livermore, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and bridge online and retail shopping. Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and multi-task under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers with product knowledge and Live their passion messaging.
• Drives customer engagement inside and outside the store via events and promotions.
• Provides training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspires associates to meet or exceed team goals with the Store Manager.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Monitors safety and security standards and communicates issues.
• Unpacks inventory and supports stock activities as needed.
