Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at Camarillo Premium Outlets in Camarillo, CA. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and coordinating with Sales & Operations using cutting-edge technology to connect online and in-store journeys.

You will work with a Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to hit bold targets and propel the business. Requires high energy, self-motivation, and strong people skills; report to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience; management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Running).
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions to the community.
• Assist Store Manager and teammates to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the customer journey and shopping experience.
• Unpack boxes for inventory and maintain safety and security standards.
