Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for the Stoneridge Shopping Center location in Pleasanton, CA. You will guide a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and coordinate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, promotions, and events.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a passion for active lifestyle brands, and strong communication skills. You will train staff on product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and act as a resource for customers

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience required, prior leadership a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and terminology is helpful.
• Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support Sales & Operations.
• Drive store events and promotions and engage the community.
• Train associates on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and inventory awareness.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Maintain safety and security standards and perform tasks as needed.
