Job summary

Fabletics seeks a Part-Time Sales Lead at Camarillo Premium Outlets, CA, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support sales and operations. You will leverage technology to connect online and store journeys and work with a proactive team under the Store Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a passion for active lifestyle products. A candidate with prior retail management is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and enhance the purchase journey.
• Support Store Manager with feedback to continuously improve business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
