Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Downtown Summerlin store in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead customer experiences, support Sales and Operations, and partner with the Store Manager to hit KPIs and grow the business.

The role requires energy, strong people skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train teammates, share product knowledge, and help maintain merchandising standards while promoting an active lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience
• Prior retail management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, etc.)
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners
• Ability to work with large teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems
• Self-motivated with good communication and initiative
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
