Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Corte Madera, CA store to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support Sales & Operations. Lead a fast-paced team, train staff, and drive engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community activities.

You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain merchandise standards, and provide product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, running.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity; initiative when opportunity arises.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver best-in-class service.
• Train and provide feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
