• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge & supporting store teams.
• Direct work during receiving, returns, and day-to-day store operations; manage shrink and expenses.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and store experience.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment during MOD periods; open/close the store safely.
• Adhere to safety, customer experience, and asset protection standards.
• Work on the selling floor with physical activity such as standing, bending, lifting.
