Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products is helpful.
• Ability to engage customers and work with teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and share knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
