Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-time Sales Lead at Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC. You will work with the Store Manager and a team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, guiding customers through products and assisting with events and promotions to meet sales goals.

You will engage customers on fabrics, fit, and features, train teammates on the Customer Experience Playbook, and help maintain store standards while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.) and ability to discuss fabrics, fit, and features.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Team Members and Business Partners; comfortable in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and move/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and support in Sales & Operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback related to the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and communicate inventory/training needs to improve customer experience.
