Job summary

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for The Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC to deliver a best-in-class retail experience and help customers Live their Passion. You will engage customers with product knowledge and work with the store team to drive sales.

This position reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail store experience and engage customers with fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and safe operations.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
