• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, features and function.
• Drive store events, promotions and community projects to boost engagement.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate associates.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
