Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming Bethesda, MD location at Westfield Montgomery. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, support Sales & Operations with a seamless omnichannel journey, and collaborate with a Store Manager and team to drive store performance.

You’ll train staff, engage customers on fabrics and fit, manage inventory communication, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a dynamic, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Previous retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is preferred.
• Able to engage with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside store.
• Able to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store environment.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
