Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience – some management a plus.
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
• This is a part-time, hourly position - Able to work 20–25 hours a week with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set clear daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.
• Drive sales results and conversion by analyzing the business during shifts and coaching the team.
• Meet or exceed expectations for selling behaviors and KPIs on a personal level.
• Support training, coaching, and development of the part-time team.
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to company practices.
