Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demos and CRM systems.
• Omni-channel customer experience support including local stores and remote shifts.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes and close sales.
• Perform store operations and follow company standards.
