Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Park City Center, Lancaster, PA 17601. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales.

Requirements include 1+ year in retail or customer service, ability to work weekends and evenings, and the physical capability to move furniture up to 75 pounds. You’ll join a fast-paced, customer-first team with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Strong judgment and integrity in handling financial transactions and data.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and move objects up to 75 pounds.
