Lovesac is hiring a part-time Sales Associate at the South Hills Village store in Bethel Park, PA. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac sales process, delivering exceptional service and closing sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, are 18+, and can work weekends, holidays, and nights during peak periods. Willingness to travel to local stores and events is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must work during weekends, holidays and nights during peak periods.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores/meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity and data privacy awareness.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and sell using Lovesac process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Manage end-to-end customer journey with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create an engaging store experience, closing sales.
