Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You’ll greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide shoppers through Lovesac’s iconic Sacs and Sactionals to find solutions that fit their space.

You'll own the customer journey from first contact to closing the sale, collaborate with a team that values inclusion and high standards, and participate in daily store operations, promotions, and brand tours.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, conduct needs-based selling and follow Lovesac process.
• Build connections to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Own customer journey end-to-end from greeting to closing sale.
• Maintain brand standards, store cleanliness, and visual guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, promotions, and store operations.
