We are seeking a competitive retail Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Part-time Sales Associate duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase company growth and revenue through sales maximization.

***This role is for part-time weekend support

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
3. Keep the store fully stocked by replenishing the sales floor daily
4. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants by asking questions and engaging with them
5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs
6. Welcome and greet customers with a smile and positive attitude
7. Actively participate in receiving new shipments
8. Stay up-to-date with product information
9. Accurately describe product features and benefits
10. Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements and Skills

1. Proven experience in retail sales
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
3. Proficiency in English
4. Track record of exceeding sales quotas
