Job summary

Doocey Group in Tipton is seeking a Sales Administrator (part-time) to support the sales and pre-construction teams with cost estimates for multi-utility projects. You will gather, manage, and coordinate project information, liaise with suppliers, and ensure tender requirements are met.

You'll work closely with Sales, Estimators, Project Managers, and Procurement to develop competitive bids that align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in civil engineering administration and bid support.
• Proven ability to manage tender documentation and pricing.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the Multi Utilities attendance register and report to directors/HR by 12pm daily.
• Manage the connections inbox twice daily and process correspondence and pricing docs.
• Extract information from enquiries, track in relevant systems, and file accordingly.
• Procure maps, handover docs, and calculate site demand and ADMDs for connections.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support bid development and approvals.
• Ensure quotes, requirements and award dates are tracked and communicated.
• Prepare budget quotations using templates and pass to BD Manager or client.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain CPD records.
