Job summary

Doocey Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery in a fast-paced environment from Tipton. You will manage project managers, ensure safe, on-time, on-budget performance, and drive program excellence across multiple utility projects.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams, supervise resources, and ensure data is captured in line with contract terms. A strategic role with growth prospects within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior project delivery within multi-utility/energy sectors.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage safety/compliance.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and management.

Responsibilities

• Chair site meetings and coordinate safety, standards and schedules.
• Produce and manage the programme of works for major projects.
• Lead mobilisation meetings after tender awards and document understandings.
• Brief clients on specifications, installation methods and storage.
• Ensure design/spec alignment and asset documentation.
• Oversee direct labour and contractors on the portfolio.
• Process variations to works and maintain records.
• Provide technical advice to clients and teams.
• Maintain on-time, on-budget delivery and productivity.
• Record incidents, investigations and audits to standard.
• Conduct annual appraisals and CPD reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement with the PMO team.
