Job summary

Doocey Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of multi-utilities across a portfolio of projects. You will manage client relations, staff and contractors to ensure networks are built to spec, safely and on programme.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive site experience, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency. Tipton-based work with project site visits and a supportive, family-run contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil utility projects.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage client and contractor relationships.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead site meetings with the client regarding safety, standards and work programming.
• Complete SHEQ documentation promptly.
• Explain Doocey Group requirements to client, workforce and customers.
• Brief clients and site staff on specifications and installation methods.
• Supervise that networks are constructed safely and on plan.
• Maintain accurate site records and diaries.
• Manage direct labour or contractors on portfolio activities.
• Ensure waste is minimised and materials are stored properly.
