Bay Area Airstream Adventures, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Part-time RV Transport / Delivery Driver in Fairfield, CA. Earn $21.00-$25.00 per hour, with lodging and meal per diem for required overnight stays.

Schedule is part-time with evenings, weekends and holidays possible. Responsibilities include verifying VIN and stock numbers, ensuring dealer invoice copies accompany paperwork, inspecting vehicles before delivery, and communicating with managers about any damage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years towing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and typing skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures VIN and stock numbers match paperwork.
• Ensure copies of dealer invoice accompany paperwork.
• Ensure traded vehicle is clean and undamaged prior to leaving.
• Notify GSM or Manager if any damage is found on trade.
• Ensure reference guides, keys, wheel locks accompany traded vehicles.
• Newly traded vehicles must be inspected inside and out before delivery.
• If damage is found, contact GSM/Manager before leaving lot.
• Note missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc.
• Other duties as required.

What You’ll Do

• Ensures that vehicle identification numbers and stock number of each vehicle match paperwork.
• Ensure copies of dealer invoice accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
• Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
• Notify GSM or Manager on duty immediately if any damage is found on vehicle being traded.
• Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks etc., accompany all traded vehicles and deliver this information to the appropriate manager when trade is complete
• Newly traded vehicles must be thoroughly inspected, inside and out, before accepting delivery from dealership.
• If damage is found (i.e. scratches, door dings etc.), contact GSM or Manager on duty before leaving their lot. DO NOT return with a damaged vehicle unless you have notified the GSM or Desk Manager.
• Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc. Make every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle. Always make sure accessories that are listed are in fact on the vehicle.
• Other duties as required.

Total Rewards

The expected pay range for this position is $21.00-25.00 per hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
