Qualifications

• RV Technician experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.

• Dealership experience preferred and clean driving record.

Location: Fairfield, CA Pay: $33.00 - $42.50 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As an RV Technician, you are responsible for all repair phases of luxurious travel trailers and touring coaches. Collaborating as a team, you problem solve and diagnose issues and repair failed components. You also perform pre-delivery inspections. Always looking to improve your skills and earning power, you regularly participate in continuing education such as vendor training and our own 5-Rivet program. All of your work exceeds industry standards and Guest expectations. You find your job engaging and get great satisfaction out of helping our guests fulfill their dreams of creating memories in an Airstream!

What You'll Bring

• RV Technician experience, preferred
• Extensive knowledge of all RV systems (electrical/plumbing/HVAC/structural)
• Strong problem solving skills

• Experience in a skilled trade.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• RVIA/RVDA - Certified Technician, preferred.
• Basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $42.50 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
