Job summary

Waverly Heights is seeking a part-time RNAC to join our compassionate care team in Gladwyne, PA. The RNAC will oversee the MDS assessment process for PPS, OBRA and managed care, and schedule PPS/OBRA assessments while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold a Pennsylvania Nursing License and demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Oversee MDS assessment process for PPS, OBRA and Managed Care.
• Schedule PPS and/or OBRA assessments.
• Coordinate care planning and ensure interdisciplinary team contributes to comprehensive plans.
