You will lead Interdisciplinary Team conferences and implement Plans of Care, ensuring data accuracy and quality of care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related nursing experience.
• Knowledge of OBRA regulations and requirements.
• Experience with MDS coding and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and periodic re-evaluations of residents.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Team Care Conferences and update Plans of Care.
• Train nursing staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
