Job summary

PACS is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor-H to oversee day-to-day nursing activities at Sunset Ridge during your tour of duty. You will supervise licensed and auxiliary staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.

The role requires an RN license, a BSN, and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with LTC experience preferred. PCC EHR experience is desirable; the position supports the facility's quality of care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
• 2+ years experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC EHR (or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise resident care during tour of duty.
• Manage IV administration and nursing procedures.
• Instruct and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; respond to call signals.
• Conduct rounds and provide reports to nursing leadership.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during visits and exams.
