Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• BSN or related health field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in community/home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients' biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs; provide preventative, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and clinical treatments.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; maintain productivity.
