Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role in Fair Lawn, NJ.
This clinical leadership position balances direct patient care with care coordination in home health or assisted living settings. The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey RN license (BSN preferred), have 2+ years of community/home health experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to support a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- BSN or related health field with at least 2 years RN experience in community health/home health.
- Direct nursing services experience in patient homes or assisted living; familiarity with NJ rules/regulations.
Responsabilités
- Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Deliver prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments per Plan of Care.
- Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
- Interpret health status changes and report to the Director of Nursing and attending physician.
- Adhere to precautions, infection control, and HIPAA regulations for safe care.
- Maintain complete and timely client records and timecards; participate in QA activities.
- Reports to Director of Nursing.
