Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role in Fair Lawn, NJ. You will provide direct nursing care, implement prescribed medical treatments, and coordinate care in home and assisted living settings.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BSN or related health field, and at least 2 years of RN experience in community/home health. A valid driver's license is required, and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Active RN license in NJ (Board of Nursing)
BSN or related health field from an accredited institution with 2+ years RN experience in community/home health
Experience delivering direct nursing in home/assisted living settings; familiarity with NJ rules/regulations
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Strong English communication; good stress-management and physical capacity for direct care duties

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and implement prescribed medical treatments in home or assisted living environments
Administer and document medications per Plan of Care
Coordinate scheduling for clients’ multidisciplinary appointments and therapies
Monitor client health status and report changes to Director of Nursing/physician
Adhere to infection control guidelines and HIPAA regulations
Maintain complete and timely client records and participate in quality improvement activities
Reports to Director of Nursing
