Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a part-time Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical home health services. You will provide direct nursing care, implement prescribed treatments, and assess client needs in home or assisted living settings while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, a BSN, and at least 2 years of community/home health experience. Excellent English communication and physical capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• BSN or related health field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in community health and/or home health settings.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance meeting required limits.
• Strong English communication, stress management, and physical ability for direct care duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients’ needs and deliver preventive, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Report significant health changes to the Director of Nursing and attending physician.
• Adhere to infection control and HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain complete client records and timecards; participate in quality improvement.
• Reports to Director of Nursing.
